I have always had a passion for health and fitness. I found CrossFit in 2016 and fell in love with the hard-work, challenges and community that comes with the sport. While I love exercising myself, I wanted to continue to coach fitness and went for my Level 1 in 2017. Along with coaching CrossFit, I am a certified cycling, yoga and BodyPump instructor. I also hold my Precision Nutrition Certification which allows me to work with members and athletes on their nutrition. There is nothing I love more than educating others! When I am not at the gym working out or coaching, you can find me in the classroom teaching high school math, listening to podcasts, going for super long walks or hikes and spending time with my family and friends.
