Patricia Rodrigues


Fitness for me has been a life long journey. I trained in as much sports as I could growing up... Softball, Soccer, Gymnastics, Track, Cross Country, Cheerleading, Ballet, and Swimming. After school I found myself in a Dojo studying Muay Thai. I soon received a Black Belt in American Freestyle. My time in the Dojo taught me how to pay it forward both physically  and mentally. I'm a Sensi having taught fighting classes for 7 years prior to finding CrossFit.  CrossFit has kept the intensity of training physically challenging while pushing me mentally. Coaching CrossFit gives me the opportunity to coach and grow with everyone. It is an honor to watch people reach their goals and set new ones!
